SQ-D118L motor stator coil winding machine is independently developed by Suzhou Shuangqing Electronic Machinery Co., Ltd. It is a device specially used for winding motor stator coils automatically across slots. It has the functions of fully automatic wire feeding, cutting, and across slots. 1：Winding spindle：
It is the key part of the winding machine, used to fix the motor stator core block. Its design must ensure the stability of the stator core when rotating at high speed, and can accurately cooperate with the drive motor to achieve different speeds of rotation to meet the winding requirements of various motor stator coils.
2：Cable arrangement：
The main function is to arrange the enameled wires and other conductors evenly and accurately in the wire slots of the stator core. Through the precise transmission system and control system, the wire arrangement mechanism can accurately control the wire arrangement and cross-slot position according to the parameters such as the number of stator wire slots and the number of coil turns.
3：Tension control system：

This is the core of the motor stator coil winding machine, which can realize human-computer interaction and switch between Chinese and English. The operator can input the stator model, coil turns, winding speed, slot number, wire arrangement pitch and other parameters into the control system.
